Terms for Buyers
Delivery
SkyStock sells digital goods: license keys, ebooks, software and subscriptions. License keys are generated automatically right after payment and are shown on the confirmation page, in your Purchases section, and in the confirmation email.
Refunds
Digital goods are non-returnable once the key has been delivered, because a revealed key cannot be taken back. Refunds are issued when the goods were not received or do not match the description. Contact support with your order id.
License keys
Keys are personal. Each key is tied to your order — do not share it.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. SkyStock never sees or stores your card data.
Privacy Policy
We store only what is needed to deliver your order: your email address, order records and the keys issued to you. No data is sold or shared with third parties beyond the payment processor (Stripe). Contact support to request deletion of your data.
